These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ROGUEPEPZ, a website operated by Roguepepz L.L.C, a California limited liability company. Any contract you enter into by purchasing from this site is with Roguepepz L.L.C. By accessing this website or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.

By using this website, you certify that:

You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to purchase and possess the products offered.

All products sold by ROGUEPEPZ are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes.

Products are not approved for use in or on a human or an animal — by any route, in any form — nor for any diagnostic procedure.
Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

By placing an order, you agree that:

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

All products are supplied “as is” and “as available” for laboratory research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROGUEPEPZ disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or suitability for any specific research application. Purity figures and certificates of analysis describe the tested lot and are not a warranty of performance in your protocol.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROGUEPEPZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any product purchased from us, including but not limited to misuse, mishandling, or use of a product outside of its stated research-only purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, this website, or any product purchased from us shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Rewards Points

If you hold an account, you may earn points on qualifying orders and redeem them for a discount or a reward item. The programme operates on the following terms:

Points are earned on the amount actually paid for eligible products, after any sale price, discount code or reward applied to that order. Shipping, taxes, bacteriostatic water, and any item received free or redeemed with points do not earn points.
Points expire twelve (12) months after your most recent order. Placing a new order keeps your whole balance active.
Points have no cash value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for cash.
One reward may be redeemed per order, and a points reward cannot be combined with an affiliate code or a kit discount.
If an order is refunded or cancelled, points earned on that order are removed from your balance. If a reward was redeemed on it, those points are returned to you.
We may change the earn rate, the reward tiers, or the rules of the programme at any time, and may suspend or end it. If we end the programme, points already earned will remain redeemable for thirty (30) days from the date we announce it. We may remove points obtained through error, abuse, or fraud.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
